Summary:

The Remote Help Desk Analyst supports users by diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to systems, software, and applications. This role is perfect for individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for IT support.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance via phone, chat, or ticketing systems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage and track support tickets to resolution
  • Guide users through technical troubleshooting steps
  • Maintain documentation of recurring issues and solutions
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance


Qualifications:
