Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating employee records and maintaining HR databases
• Support recruitment efforts: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews
• Help coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
• Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Contribute to HR projects such as training programs and policy updates

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment
