About Us Dry Effect Restoration Services is a family-owned, IICRC-certified restoration company serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 13 years. We specialize in water damage restoration, mold remediation, basement waterproofing, air duct cleaning, and fire restoration. We're a small, hardworking team and we take pride in doing things right.

About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented remote coordinator to serve as the bridge between our field technicians and third-party administrators (TPAs) like Contractor Connection. You'll manage the documentation, communication, and estimating side of insurance claims so our guys in the field can focus on the work. You'll also provide backup support for Xactimate estimates when our primary estimator is unavailable.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Dry Effect technicians and Contractor Connection/TPA platforms
• Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims and estimate reviews through XactAnalysis and related portals
• Write and review Xactimate estimates based on documentation and scope provided by field techs
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and TPA reviewers to resolve disputes or documentation requests
• Maintain accurate job files, drying logs, and supporting documentation
• Provide backup estimating support when primary staff is unavailable
• Assist with general insurance billing and claims administration as needed

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Xactimate (Level 1 or Level 2 certification a plus)
• Familiarity with Contractor Connection, XactAnalysis, or similar TPA platforms
• Background in property restoration, insurance claims, or public adjusting preferred
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs at once
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a remote environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $69,034.14 per year
