Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Animation & Graphic Design Intern to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling, motion design, and graphic design, with the ability to support marketing campaigns through engaging animations and static visuals.

You will collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce animated and graphic content for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand promotions.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging 2D animations, motion graphics, character animations, and explainer videos.
• Design static and animated creatives for social media posts, digital ads, websites, and campaigns.
• Assist in developing storyboards, visual concepts, layouts, and animation sequences.
• Design and animate elements such as icons, typography, transitions, and visual effects.
• Revise and refine animations and graphics based on feedback to ensure high-quality output.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visuals.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers in a remote environment.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with current animation, design, and social media trends.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow in animation and graphic design.
• Basic to intermediate experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or graphic design (academic or portfolio-based).
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Animate.
• Good understanding of design principles, animation basics, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create both animated and static creatives.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of storyboarding and visual scripting.
• Familiarity with social media formats, ad creatives, and marketing visuals.
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts.
