The Mission
We are seeking a highly disciplined and proactive Remote IT Intern to join TeamLogic IT Palm Beach. In a remote environment, clarity is everything. We need someone who can manage Level 1 tickets, communicate effectively without being supervised in person, and—most importantly—help us build the backbone of our operations through rigorous documentation and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Remote Level 1 Support: Resolve technical issues via phone, chat, and remote desktop tools.
- Documentation Architect: Your primary mission is to ensure every process, fix, and configuration is perfectly documented in our systems.
- Automation Enthusiast: Collaborate on identifying manual workflows that can be eliminated through scripting and RMM tools.
- On-Call Field Support: While the role is mostly remote, you must be available for occasional on-site tasks (deployments, hardware swaps) in the Palm Beach area.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Self-Management: You don't need a manager hovering over you to get work done.
- Writing Precision: You can explain complex technical steps in simple, written English.
- System Fundamentals: Solid understanding of OS environments and basic networking.
- The "Automation First" Mindset: You hate doing the same manual task twice.
