Position Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and creative Junior Animator to join our dynamic marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong sense of design, and the ability to bring ideas to life through 2D animation, motion graphics, and character animations.
You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce visually compelling animated content for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging 2D animations, motion graphics, character animations, and explainer videos.
• Work with the creative team to develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences.
• Animate assets for social media, digital ads, websites, and campaigns.
• Design and animate elements such as icons, typography, transitions, and visual effects.
• Revise and refine animations based on feedback to ensure polished and high-quality output.
• Stay updated with animation trends, techniques, and software improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure animations align with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple animation tasks while meeting project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and grow in the animation field.
• Proven experience as a 2D Animator or Motion Graphics Animator, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of animation principles, timing, movement, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in creating animations for short-form and long-form digital content.
• Ability to interpret creative direction and work collaboratively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in 3D animation (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of scriptwriting and storyboarding.
• Familiarity with social media animation trends and formats.
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
