We're seeking a Remote Leasing Coordinator to support the day-to-day leasing process by managing listings, coordinating applications, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring a seamless experience for applicants, leasing agents, and internal teams. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and keeping multiple moving parts on track.

• Base salary of $55,000 annually, with bonus opportunities that can bring first-year earnings to $70,000

• Set up and maintain accurate property listings, pricing, availability, and marketing information
• Review rental applications, coordinate screenings, and communicate updates to applicants
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Coordinate resources for leasing agents, including lockboxes, showing instructions, and system access
• Maintain leasing activity, availability, and property data across company systems
• Serve as a central point of communication between applicants, leasing agents, and internal teams
• Ensure leasing files, applications, and documentation remain organized and compliant
