Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors and Clinical Social Workers to join our team for telehealth visits. This is a contract position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and demonstrate expertise in various therapeutic modalities. This role involves providing high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on promoting mental wellness and facilitating personal growth.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and intake evaluations to determine individual needs and treatment goals.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, including those dealing with Depression, PTSD, addiction, grief, and developmental disabilities.
- Implement evidence-based practices in therapy sessions, including art therapy, dance therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including ICD-10 coding for diagnoses.
- Engage in crisis management and behavior management strategies to support clients in acute situations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective case management.
- Provide telehealth services as needed to accommodate clients' preferences and circumstances.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance therapeutic practices and contribute to the field of mental health.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and/or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Malpractice Insurance
- CAQH Account/Number
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices, including working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- familiarity working with Ensora (Formerly Theranest) EHR system
- Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and managing complex cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient assessment protocols, and clinical documentation standards.
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide appropriate referrals for additional support services when necessary.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
