Duties

• Conduct outbound calls and telemarketing efforts to identify potential clients interested in life insurance products
• Build rapport with clients through active listening and effective communication to understand their financial goals and insurance needs
• Present and explain various life insurance policies, highlighting benefits and coverage options clearly and transparently
• Negotiate policy terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet their individual circumstances
• Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and following up on leads
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, explaining policy details thoroughly, and ensuring client satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships
• Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred to serve diverse customer bases
• Ability to analyze client needs quickly and recommend suitable insurance solutions confidently
• Proficiency in sales administration tools, CRM systems, and marketing techniques to optimize outreach efforts
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to customer privacy and benefits administration practices
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships in a remote setting

We're looking for motivated individuals who are either;

WILLING AND ABLE TO OBTAIN THEIR LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
