Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts and networking.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products and expand the client base.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate information.
  • Assist clients with benefits administration and understanding their coverage options.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close deals and foster client relationships.
  • Background in retail sales is advantageous for understanding customer needs.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Proficient in insurance sales techniques with knowledge of various policies and coverage options.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial for handling sensitive client information.
  • Experience in telemarketing can enhance lead generation efforts.

Pay: $59,630.11 - $104,550.22 per year
