Overview

Job Description:

Stone House is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. The Marketing Manager will oversee and manage all marketing efforts to enhance our brand presence, drive sales, and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will be adept at delegating tasks, managing a team, and executing various marketing strategies to maximize productivity and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

Develop functional marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Monitor and report on marketing metrics, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.

Team Management:

Interview and be part of the recruitment process of the team in order to achieve the proposed goals.

Lead and supervise a team of marketing professionals that support the work of the Marketing Manager.

Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.

Website Management:

Oversee website updates, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO.

Collaborate with the web development team to enhance user experience and functionality.

Social Media:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to adjust strategies as needed.

Oversee content creation and scheduling across all social media platforms.

Events:

Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns related to virtual and physical events.

Manage event marketing logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities.

Email Campaigns:

Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

Segment email lists and personalize messages to improve open and conversion rates.

Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.

Customer and Prospect Surveys:

Coordinate the creation, distribution, and analysis of surveys to gather feedback from customers and prospective customers.

Utilize survey data to inform marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

KPI Tracking:

Restaurant-Focused KPIs

Total Guests per Month (Lunch/Dinner) – Measures dining demand and growth.

Average Spend per Guest (Lunch/Dinner) – Tracks revenue generated per ticket.

Google & Yelp Review Scores – Tracks online reputation and customer satisfaction.

Events, Workshops, Retreates KPIs

Total Sales and Signups Per Month – Measures the success for each category.

Monthly Revenue - Total earnings from ticket sales, sponsorships, and upsells for each category.

Post-Event Satisfaction Score – Based on attendee feedback and surveys for each category.

Membership Sales

Growth Rate

Retention Rate

Social Media Performance KPIs

Engagement Rate (Instagram & Facebook) – Measures likes, shares, comments, and mentions.

Follower Growth Rate – Tracks audience expansion over time.

Website Click-Through Rate (CTR) from Social Media – Percentage of people who visit the website from Instagram and Facebook.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in a marketing supervisory or management role, preferably in the cannabis industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Notes:

Commitment to a minimum of 15 hours per week and a maximum of 25 hours per week.

Availability required in general from 10 AM to 2 PM PST M-F. Weekends might be needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Work Location: Remote
