Remote Marketing Manager – Dubai Business Setup Company

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager who understands digital marketing, lead generation, branding, and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads for our business setup services in Dubai and the UAE.

This role is fully remote and requires someone proactive, organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple marketing channels effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate quality business setup leads
• Manage and optimize company website performance and content
• Handle and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and advertisements
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Improve organic reach through SEO and content marketing
• Monitor marketing analytics, lead conversion, and campaign performance
• Build strategies to improve brand awareness and online visibility
• Coordinate with management on growth strategies and marketing goals
• Research competitors and identify new market opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
• Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and social media growth
• Experience managing websites and marketing funnels
• Ability to create marketing strategies that generate measurable results
• Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, WordPress, or similar platforms
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with business setup companies, real estate, finance, or B2B services
• Experience generating leads in the UAE market
• Understanding of CRM systems and email marketing
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
