Job Description

Ecure Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking qualified MBBS Doctors fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telegu to conduct remote pre-insurance videography calls. This role is ideal for doctors looking to work remotely while contributing to the insurance industry by assessing clients’ health before policy issuance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote medical assessments via videography calls, recording vital parameters and medical history using a predefined questionnaire.
• Doctors are required to do follow-up questions based on YES/NO responses.
• Accurately record responses and submit completed forms online after each call.
• Ensure compliance with Ecure’s protocols and maintain client confidentiality throughout.

Requirements

• MBBS degree with valid registration from any State Medical Council.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telegu (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Laptop required (iPads/mobiles not acceptable) with Wi-Fi speed of at least 25 Mbps (upload & download).
• Minimum commitment: 4 hours/day, 6 days a week (Sunday off).
• Willingness to undergo training and demo calls before onboarding.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
