We are seeking a licensed Medical Doctor (MD/MBBS or equivalent) to join our remote clinical care team, supporting Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs. This role combines clinical review, lab follow-ups, patient communication, care plan oversight, and referral management, ensuring continuity of care for patients with chronic conditions.
The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, experience in ambulatory or chronic care, and is comfortable using EMR systems. This is a full-time, remote, non-voice focused role with structured training followed by flexible scheduling aligned with US Eastern Time operations.
Fully Remote Role: Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection
Flexible Scheduling: Training on US Eastern Time; post-training flexibility with required afternoon–evening coverage
Clinical Focused Work: Engage in patient care, lab review, care plan oversight, and referral management
Supportive and Tech-Forward Environment: Work with modern systems and established clinical workflows
Chronic Care Management and RPM
Oversee CCM and RPM programs, monitoring patient progress and outcomes
Review RPM data, trends, and alerts to identify potential clinical concerns
Perform lab reviews and clinical follow-ups based on established protocols
Communicate with patients regarding results, care plans, and treatment guidance
Coordinate referrals and follow-ups with specialists or other providers
Escalate urgent or abnormal findings according to clinical guidelines
Clinical Review and Documentation
Review, analyze, and interpret laboratory results accurately using EMR systems
Ensure timely completion of assigned lab reviews and clinical documentation
Make clinical decisions within scope of practice and escalate when appropriate
Maintain accurate, compliant, and auditable medical records
Systems and Workflow Management
Navigate EMR and RPM platforms to support daily clinical operations
Adhere to internal clinical guidelines, compliance standards, and turnaround expectations
Collaborate with care coordinators, RNs, and operations teams to ensure continuity of care
Licensure and Education
Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent)
Active medical license in country of practice (Philippines, Pakistan, or India)
Prior telemedicine or remote patient care experience preferred
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in ambulatory care, internal medicine, or chronic care management
Experience with CCM or RPM programs strongly preferred
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Comfortable reviewing labs, managing referrals, and communicating treatment guidance
Experience with EMR systems preferred; ability to learn new systems quickly
Schedule Requirements:
Full-time, remote position
Training schedule will follow US Eastern Time
Post-training flexibility with required afternoon–evening coverage
Ability to meet daily clinical and documentation expectations
