We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Remote Medical Spa Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This position is responsible for converting inbound leads into booked consultations and treatment plans, nurturing prospective clients, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with strong communication skills, a passion for aesthetics and wellness, and the ability to build trust with clients over the phone, text, email, and virtual consultations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective clients.
- Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Educate prospective clients on medical spa services, treatment benefits, pricing, and financing options.
- Convert leads into consultations, memberships, packages, and treatment plans.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, text messages, email, and CRM workflows.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and booking goals.
Customer Experience
- Build rapport and trust with clients while providing a personalized experience.
- Address questions and concerns regarding procedures, recovery expectations, and treatment outcomes within approved company guidelines.
- Coordinate with providers and clinic staff to ensure seamless scheduling and communication.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
CRM & Administrative Duties
- Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Track lead sources, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics.
- Manage follow-up campaigns and reactivation efforts for past clients.
- Maintain detailed notes and customer records.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in aesthetics, medical spa, healthcare, wellness, luxury services, or high-ticket sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone sales and consultative selling abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to build trust with customers.
Preferred
- Experience working in a medical spa, cosmetic surgery practice, dermatology office, or aesthetic clinic.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as:
- IV Therapy
- Hormone Replacement
- PRP for Hair Restoration
- Botox
- Weight loss and wellness programs (GLP-1)
- Experience with membership and package sales.
