Remote Medicare Agency Manager

We are looking for a person that has excelled in leading a team of Remote Medicare Tele-sales Agents. If you are looking a place where you make a difference in peoples lives, get paid for what you are worth, and have plenty of time for your family, this might be the place for you.

You will help your downline agents build their books of business by providing them with the training, leads, and sales support they will need to become successful. Your attitude, hard work, determination will be the only limiting factors to your level of success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies and promote new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones
  • Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, using referrals and leads
  • Help agents to evaluate individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
  • Report the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records
  • Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
  • Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services

Skills

  • Experience Selling Medicare Products and
  • Leading Medicare Tele-Agents
  • Basic computer and software knowledge
  • Proven ability to work with goals
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
