Compensation

• Hourly rate: $16/hr
• Per enrollment bonus: $25 per completed Medicare Advantage or MAPD enrollment (paid monthly)
• Monthly performance bonuses & incentive trips (fully paid)

Who We’re Looking For

Motivated, coachable individuals who care about helping seniors find the right healthcare coverage. Whether you’ve sold insurance before or are just starting out, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed — from licensing to live calls.

Your Role

As a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent, you will:

• Handle inbound calls only from active marketing campaigns
• Help clients choose the best Medicare Advantage or Supplement plan
• Complete applications and guide clients through enrollment
• Provide education and top-tier customer service
• Work toward and exceed performance goals

Work Schedule

M-F 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License with Medicare sales authority
• Clear, confident phone communication skills
• Self-motivated and organized in a remote setting
• Medicare or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Training and contracting provided

Tech Requirements

• Personal headset (Corsair or similar recommended)
• Stable wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• Webcam
• Dual monitors preferred
