We’re Hiring: Remote Appointment / Meeting Setter (Pay Per Qualified Meeting)

We are a marketing agency based in Qatar looking to collaborate with experienced appointment setters on a performance-based model.

This is NOT a monthly or salaried role.

Compensation is provided per qualified meeting held.

Role Overview:

Book qualified B2B meetings for our sales team

Target market: Qatar

Decision-makers only (owners, founders, marketing heads)

Meetings to be scheduled directly on our calendar

Payment Structure:

Pay per qualified and attended meeting

No fixed salary or retainer

Long-term collaboration available for consistent performance

Ideal Profile:

Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or lead generation

Comfortable with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls)

Understands lead qualification

Works independently and remotely

English speaking is a must, Arabic is preferred

Experienced in GCC Region

Important Notes:

No-shows or unqualified meetings will not be paid

Clear qualification criteria will be shared before starting

Trial phase available
