Position Details

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist (NJ required)

• Full Time
• 1099 contractor role- No Health or Dental Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.)
• Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in team collaboration and peer support spaces

• Licensed Mental Health Therapists in NJ
• Therapists who value consistency, professionalism, and client care
• Comfortable working in a tech-enabled virtual practice using SimplePractice for documentation, scheduling, and client communication
• Carry active liability insurance
