Remote Mental Health Therapist (Weekends)

Must be CA Licensed (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologists) - Part Time + Full Time Available!!!

Carter Care Therapeutic Services is expanding and seeking licensed therapists across California to join our virtual care team. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, full administrative support, and steady client referrals so you can focus on delivering exceptional clinical care.

Work Structure & Compensation

This role is based on face-to-face sessions per week (e.g., one client seen twice = two sessions).

Workload Options:

• Part-Time: 15+ sessions/week (15-20 preferred)
• Full-Time: 32+ sessions/week (eligible for full benefits)
• Weekends: 8+ sessions Saturday or/and Sunday

Compensation:

• Pay Range: Up to $75 per session (DOE)
• Paid for No-Shows.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide virtual therapy to individuals
• Complete documentation within 24–48 hours
• Collaborate with team members as needed to support coordinated care
• Stay current on best practices in mental health treatment

What You Bring

• Active, unrestricted California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD
• Strong clinical judgment and cultural humility
• Ability to manage your own caseload
• (Preferred) Experience in telehealth or private practice—training provided
