Remote Motor Insurance Sales Agent - 100% WFH /Outside UAE

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Preparing effective sales models to enhance sales funnel

· Ensuring monthly/yearly sales targets are met

· Monitoring performance of Sales Team members

· Handling customer complaints and queries

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Preferred Nationalities-Indians, Algerians, Egyptians, Moroccans , etc

· Ensuring the company’s products and services are optimized to appear in search engines

· Identifying new sales opportunities and emerging market trends

· Setting sales targets and revenue goals

· Attracting potential customers by highlighting standout product/service offerings on white paper

· Maintaining long term and positive customer relationships

· Determining sales goals upon reviewing budget authority

Skills & Qualification Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field

· Proven work experience in the Sales department as a Sales representative, Sales consultant or similar position

· Complete understanding of the company’s products and services

· Familiarity with sales tracking software and lead generation tools like Pipedrive, Opti Monster, Constant Contact and HubSpot CRM

· Excellent communication skills

· Knowledge of latest industry developments

· Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction

· Ability to work in stressful situations
