Transportation can make all the difference when it comes to accessing healthcare. As a Remote Call Center Representative on our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) team, you'll help coordinate rides for individuals traveling to and from medical appointments.

While our team works remotely from across Kansas, the members we assist live throughout the country. Your patience, professionalism, and attention to detail will ensure every caller receives reliable support and accurate transportation scheduling.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in doing work that makes a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist members with scheduling non-emergency medical transportation
  • Coordinate rides to and from healthcare appointments for members located nationwide
  • Verify member eligibility and confirm trip details using internal systems
  • Document ride requests, updates, and cancellations with accuracy
  • Follow all client policies and procedures along with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Communicate clearly with transportation providers and healthcare facilities when needed
  • Handle changes or concerns with patience and a solution-focused approach
  • Maintain high standards for customer service, accuracy, and call quality

Qualifications

  • Must reside in the state of Kansas and work from a secure home environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Healthcare, transportation, or scheduling experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes and compliance guidelines carefully
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while on calls
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
