Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our virtual care team. You will provide telehealth services to adult patients for a wide range of primary care needs. This is an ideal opportunity for a provider looking for schedule flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to make a meaningful impact from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual visits via HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platforms
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Prescribe medications and develop care plans
• Provide culturally sensitive care to Mandarin-speaking patients
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with a support team for referrals, follow-ups, and care coordination

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Virginia
• Board certified (FNP, ANP, or PA-C)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in primary care or internal medicine
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EMRs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
