Pay: $105,000 – $125,000 per year

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Mid-Atlantic Long Term Care (MALTC) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our remote telemedicine team providing overnight clinical support to communities we serve throughout Virginia.

This fully remote position allows providers to deliver virtual primary care and acute care support for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living communities, and Long-Term Care facilities.

Providers collaborate with facility nursing staff to assess patient concerns, guide treatment plans, and support continuity of care during overnight hours.

What You'll Do

Provide telemedicine consultations
Evaluate acute and routine medical concerns overnight
Collaborate with facility nursing staff and care teams
Document patient encounters in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 per year

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Virginia (required)
Experience with geriatric or long-term care patients preferred
Background in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Hospital Medicine preferred
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
Comfortable working in a telemedicine / virtual care environment
Experience with EMR systems
