Studio 14120 Salon & Spa, a premier destination for beauty and wellness, is seeking a dedicated and articulate Remote Online Chat Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time / Part-time, remote position ideal for a customer service professional passionate about providing an exceptional client experience. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand, answering enquiries, and facilitating a seamless booking process through our online platforms. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in an independent work environment.



Responsibilities


* Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner via our live chat system.

* Provide comprehensive information about our range of services, treatments, products, and current promotions.

* Assist clients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments efficiently and accurately.

* Address and resolve client queries and concerns with empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution.

* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all salon offerings and policies.

* Accurately record details of client interactions and transactions in our system.

* Escalate complex issues to the Salon Manager when necessary.

* Collaborate with the in-salon team to ensure a consistently high level of client satisfaction.



Qualifications


* Proven experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably with experience in online chat support.

* Exceptional written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly in a digital environment.

* Proficient in using computers and comfortable learning new software and booking systems.

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

* The discipline and self-motivation to work effectively in a remote setting.

* Previous experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry is desirable but not essential.
