Remote Operations & Project Assistant (Healthcare Startup)

Job Divine Timing Health Care Support, LLC is a growing healthcare startup based in Tennessee. We provide non-medical home care services and are actively working toward launching our first residential home for individuals who need supportive, daily living assistance. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to help build something meaningful from the ground up..

We are looking for someone who can: Think ahead Stay organized Help bring structure to a growing business Take initiative without constant direction.

Responsibilities: Operations & Project Support (Primary Focus) Assist with building and launching a residential home care setting Research local/state requirements, setup needs, and best practices Help organize what is needed for the home (furnishing, setup, structure) Track progress and help ensure nothing is missed Assist with developing processes and systems Business Organization Keep documents, checklists, and workflows organized Help ensure business compliance steps are being followed Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: Strong organization and communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Comfortable with research and problem-solving Reliable and responsive Preferred (Not Required): Experience in healthcare, home care, or startups Experience with operations, project coordination, or virtual assistance

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
