About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident and persuasive Sales Closer to join our team and connect with business owners across the United States.
Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls, introduce our services, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized business owners in the USA
- Pitch company services with a clear and compelling script
- Ask qualifying questions to identify prospects' needs and pain points
- Schedule discovery or sales calls for the closers
- Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Follow up with leads via call, SMS, or email when needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with a neutral or American accent
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
- Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working during US business hours
- Reliable internet and a quiet working environment
Preferred:
- Experience calling B2B in industries like marketing, digital services etc
- Familiarity with CRMs like GoHighLevel, or Close.io
Compensation:
- Basic + performance bonuses for scheduled next call or step (based on qualified appointments or conversions)
