Remote Outbound Sales Representative (Real Estate Industry)

We’re looking for a high-output, phone-first salesperson to join our team and generate opportunities by cold calling Realtors across Canada.

This is not a passive sales role. You’ll be on the phone every day, speaking with agents, building relationships, and booking appointments for our services.

If you enjoy talking to people, can handle rejection, and want to get paid based on performance, this is a strong fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cold calling Realtors daily (high volume outbound)
• Generating and qualifying leads
• Booking appointments for our team
• Building your own call lists using Realtor.ca and other sources
• Logging all activity in our CRM
• Using Quo for dialing and tracking performance
• Reviewing calls daily to improve performance

Daily Expectations

• Minimum 20 real conversations per day (≈5 per hour)
• Consistent outbound dialing throughout your shift
• Clean CRM tracking and note-taking
• Continuous improvement through call reviews

Compensation

• $25/hour (part-time to start)
• Commission + bonuses based on appointments that convert
• Opportunity to move into full-time quickly based on performance

Training & Support

• Structured onboarding on products, services, and processes
• Call script training + objection handling
• Daily roleplay and live call coaching
• 2 training sessions per day initially
• Ongoing feedback from call reviews

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Fluent, professional-level English (this role is 100% phone-based)
• Ability to clearly communicate, build rapport, and handle objections in real-time
• Ability to handle rejection and keep dialing
• Previous sales or outbound calling experience preferred
• Self-motivated and disciplined (this is fully remote)
• Comfortable working with CRMs and tracking metrics

• Ability to set up and use Quo (dialer + analytics)
