Huron Law Group is seeking a motivated and caring Paralegal to support attorneys and team operations by assisting with settlement-related workflows, managing incoming requests, and helping coordinate information across internal teams and external servicers. This role plays a key part in ensuring matters are organized, properly routed, and handled efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys and team members.
- Review, triage, and assign incoming settlement and escalation requests.
- Gather and compile information from internal systems and service provider platforms to support case handling.
- Draft correspondence and letters related to pre-settlement and post-settlement workflows.
- Assist with tracking requests and following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Support coordination between internal teams and external service providers.
- Serve as backup support for paralegal and paraprofessional functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High School Degree or equivalent experience
- Paralegal Certification or Degree- Preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive approach
Preferred but Not Required
- 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or administrative professional
- Experience in debt collection, debt settlement, or bankruptcy.
Full-Time Pay Rate: $21.00/ hr
Anticipated Start Date: May 26 2026

- Fully remote position: employees are expected to work from their designated work location (typically their address on file) during business hours. Any work from an alternate location must be approved in advance by the department Director.
