About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a small team of overseas marketing professionals supporting several U.S.-based companies in the construction, logistics, government contracting, and accounting sectors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and capable of managing remote teams to deliver measurable marketing results across multiple brands.

This is a part-time, flexible, remote role—ideal for a seasoned marketing professional or fractional CMO who enjoys strategic oversight and team leadership without a full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of remote marketing professionals (designers, content writers, SEO specialists, social media managers, etc.).
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans tailored to each company’s goals.
  • Oversee website content, SEO strategy, and social media growth for multiple brands.
  • Coordinate email campaigns, PPC/Google Ads, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics (traffic, leads, engagement, conversions) and report to management.
  • Collaborate with leadership on branding, messaging, and growth strategies.
  • Maintain clear communication and accountability across time zones.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably across diverse industries.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate remote/offshore teams.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp) and team communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with B2B service marketing (construction, logistics, or professional services).
  • Experience working with U.S. federal or state government contractors is a plus.
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).

Compensation

  • Hourly or part-time contract basis (10–20 hours per week initially).
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
  • Long-term engagement potential as we scale our marketing operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
