Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) CNA to join our growing healthcare team. This is a 100% remote opportunity for candidates with prior hands-on experience in remote patient monitoring. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vitals and health data remotely using RPM platforms
• Review alerts and escalate critical findings to clinical staff as per protocol
• Communicate with patients regarding readings, compliance, and follow-ups
• Document interactions accurately within EMR/EHR systems
• Coordinate with clinic or hospital-based care teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) experience – mandatory
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows in outpatient or hospital settings
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Immediate availability preferred

Preferred Background

• Experience working with clinics, hospitals, or healthcare networks
• Prior experience handling chronic care management (CCM) or RPM programs

• 100% Remote
• Must have reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
• Flexible to work U.S. time zones as required
