Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Performance Marketer / Digital Ads Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, building effective sales funnels, and using data-driven insights to elevate campaign performance.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, customer behavior, and performance optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer, Digital Media Specialist, or Social Media Marketer
- Strong understanding of marketing automation funnels and campaign workflows
- Hands-on experience running ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
- Experience with Google Tag Manager for event creation
- Strong proficiency in conducting keyword research
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — fluency in English is mandatory
- Experience working with international markets is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
- Develop and manage A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and engagement metrics for continuous optimization
- Conduct keyword research for Google Search Ads
- Create events and tracking tags using Google Tag Manager
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure ad creatives are optimized for best results
- Prepare media plans and create client-facing presentations
- Monitor campaign data, report insights, and recommend improvements

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
