Remote Phone Agent - Inbound Conversations Only

Overview

We’re hiring Remote Phone Agents to speak with individuals who have already requested information about protecting their families through life coverage. This is a 100% inbound, conversation-based role — no cold calling, no prospecting, and no door-to-door sales.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and building trust through meaningful conversations.

A Typical Day

• Speaking with interested individuals on scheduled calls
• Asking thoughtful questions to understand each family’s needs
• Explaining available options in simple, clear language
• Helping individuals make confident and informed decisions
• Following up consistently to keep conversations moving forward
• Logging notes and tracking daily activity accurately

Compensation

This is a performance-based earnings opportunity tied directly to consistency, engagement, and results. Agents who follow the system and remain active typically earn within the listed range, with top performers earning above it.
