BioGen Restoration is a functional medicine clinic committed to redefining aging with science-based, personalized care. We specialize in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptides, and lab-driven strategies for metabolic health, longevity, and performance.

We operate on a telemedicine-first model and are expanding into multiple states through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). Our systems are built to support physicians with concierge-level infrastructure, a HIPAA-compliant EHR (Charm), and clinical autonomy within evidence-based protocols.

The Role

We are seeking a licensed physician (MD or DO) who is passionate about functional medicine, hormone optimization, and peptide therapy. This position is 100% remote, with flexible scheduling and support from our administrative and clinical systems.

You’ll work directly with patients to:

• Conduct 20-minute telemedicine consults (new or follow-up)
• Order and interpret labs (blood panels, DUTCH, GI MAP, etc.)
• Prescribe hormone therapies, peptides, and adjunct compounds through partner compounding pharmacies
• Collaborate with our coaching and intake staff for continuity of care
• Maintain concise, compliant charting in Charm EHR

• $20 per batch of 5+ refills or new scripts written

• Licensing reimbursement up to $2,500 annually (IMLC and state boards)

What You Bring

• MD or DO with an active U.S. medical license
• Licensed in or eligible for IMLC states
• Strong interest or background in hormone therapy, peptides, or functional medicine
• Comfortable using telemedicine and documenting within an EHR
• Motivated by patient outcomes, not high-volume turnover

Bonus If You Have

• Prior experience in HRT, anti-aging, or integrative medicine
• Functional medicine certification (A4M, IFM, or similar)
• Familiarity with compounded medications and longevity-based therapies
