Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Al Khobar for a Remote Pilot In Charge (Chief Remote Pilot). The role involves operational management and safe execution of drone missions, flight planning, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing drone operations, conducting pre-flight and post-flight inspections, updating and maintaining flight logs, and managing the team of remote pilots. The Remote Pilot In Charge will also ensure continued adherence to safety standards while seeking ways to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in flight operations, flight planning, and technical knowledge of drone systems.

• Knowledge of applicable aviation regulations, safety standards, and compliance practices.

• Experience in team management and leadership for directing and monitoring a team of remote pilots.

• Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills for operational planning and troubleshooting.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate flight logs and operational documentation.

• Relevant certifications or licenses in drone operation or aviation, as required by local aviation authorities..
