Remote Project Manager

About the Company

You will drive program execution across multiple client engagements and ensure work ships on time with measurable impact. You will coordinate stakeholders, delivery plans, and reporting cadences across technical and business teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• • Own program and project planning across concurrent AI implementation engagements.

  • Build milestones, track dependencies, and maintain delivery accountability.
  • Run regular client updates, decision logs, and internal execution syncs.
  • Lead collaboration across Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders.

  • Use AI tools to improve status reporting, risk forecasting, and delivery documentation.

  • Ensure each workstream ties output to measurable operational and business results.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $10,000 USD/year

• Performance Bonus: Awarded after 3 months based on program engagement and outcomes

Job Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in project/program management, implementation, consulting, or operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership mindset, execution rigor, and organizational discipline.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize in fast-moving environments.

• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or enterprise software delivery lifecycles.

• Required: active AI workflow usage for planning, analysis, drafting, and quality control.

• Full remote role
• Eastern Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (including holidays)

• Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum).
• Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage.
• Dual-screen setup preferred for enhanced productivity.
• Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version).
• Clear webcam (1080p or higher resolution) and microphone for communication.
• Backup systems for electricity and internet outages.

• USRN or licensed medical professional
