The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Lead and manage project team meetings, fostering a collaborative and productive remote working environment.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks and create contingency plans.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, status, and potential issues to management and relevant stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in project management, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong working knowledge of project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Ability to lead and motivate a remote team to achieve project goals.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable but not essential.
