Remote Property Manager

The successful candidate will manage residential properties, handle tenant and landlord communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Handle tenancy agreements, renewals, and compliance
• Conduct property inspections and follow up on issues
• Ensure rent collection and resolve tenant queries professionally
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• Previous experience in property management or lettings
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
• Good knowledge of UK property regulations (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently
• Multilingual skills are an advantage but not essential

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: 60,000 – 100,000 pkr - per month (depending on experience)
