About Us

Greenwich Primary Care is a growing multi-provider primary care practice with locations in Cos Cob and Stamford, CT. Our team of physicians, PAs, and NPs delivers high-quality, patient-centered care to a broad and active patient panel. We are expanding our behavioral health services and looking for a PMHNP-BC to join us fully remote.

The Opportunity

This is a part-time, fully remote W2 position conducting telehealth psychiatric evaluations and medication management for our established and growing patient panel. You will work as an integrated psychiatric provider within a primary care setting — supported by a full administrative team so you can focus entirely on patient care.

We offer a straightforward, low-overhead arrangement: set your hours within the 10–20 hour per week range, see patients via telehealth, and let us handle everything else.

Responsibilities

Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations (new and established patients)

Provide medication management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and related presentations

Collaborate with GPC primary care providers on co-managed or complex patients

Document encounters in Athenahealth EMR accurately and on time

Manage prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations through our dedicated support staff

Qualifications

Active APRN license in the State of Connecticut (required)

PMHNP-BC certification from ANCC (required)

DEA registration (required)

Outpatient psychiatric medication management experience preferred

Comfortable with telehealth-only practice

Compensation

$90/hr, W2

10–20 hours per week

Malpractice coverage provided

No nights, no weekends, no hospital call
