Remote Psychiatrist for TMS Prior Authorizations/Oversight

Overview
We are seeking a remote Psychiatrist that has a KS License or will obtain one; to start the credentialing process with common insurance carriers at our location in Overland Park, KS.

TMS policies by insurances require the Rx order for Deep TMS be written by a psychiatrist and that physician is responsible for the initial mapping (once per course or delivery) and the management of the treatment.

OCD and Moderate/Severe Depression without psychotic features are two diagnosis that insurances will approve. Not PTSD or Anxiety, but is ok if it is a secondary diagnosis.

Pay is $200 for a 30 minute tele-health psychiatric evaluation using an approved template that is prefilled with patient intake records. ie. medication history, PHQ-9, background.

Pay is also $125 for a 15 minute tele-health TMS mapping session.

Duties

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations for patients with MDD and OCD mostly via telehealth.
• Oversee Motor Thresholds (MT) for TMS therapy including weekly note sign-off on subsequent treatments. Can be done remotely.

Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to psychiatric care.
• Maintains a valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of Kansas
• Maintains valid and unrestricted federal and state registrations as applicable.

Proof of state license shall be submitted to the Clinic prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement and on an annual basis thereafter.
