Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psypact Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and clinical psychology, with a focus on providing exceptional care to individuals facing various psychological challenges. This role involves working with diverse populations, including those with disabilities and PTSD, and requires a commitment to improving the mental well-being of clients through evidence-based practices.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.
- Provide ongoing therapy and counseling services, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.
- Engage in psychological testing to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, medical professionals, and support staff, to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Conduct research to stay updated on best practices in psychology and contribute to the advancement of the field.
- Provide support for clients dealing with PTSD and other trauma-related issues.
- Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system, particularly for those with disabilities.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Psypact Approved.
- Strong knowledge of psychological testing methods and interpretation.
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing disabilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education and training.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month
