Remote Psychotherapist, Private Practice

Blossoming Lotus Therapy LCSW PLLC is a group private practice founded in Lindenhurst, NY. We are looking for part time remote psychotherapists to join our group practice. We are seeking individuals interested in remote work. Requirements include: Being fully licensed in the State of NY. Compensation is a FFS model based on income received and paid out bi-weekly. Therapists must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. Blossoming Lotus Therapy LCSW PLLC provides a steady stream of referrals as well. The candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. Candidate will be employee status (W2).**This is not a 1099 position!

• Monthly group case consultation, free clinical supervision for “C” hours

Requirements are:

*Current State of New York license as a LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, MSW-LP or MHC-LP

*Must be able to see at least 18 clients a week or more depending on agreement.

*Conduct thorough intake assessments

*Create treatment plans

*Work collaboratively with other clinicians in the practice when necessary.

*Submit notes & paperwork in a timely manner

*We will provide you with client referrals and assist you with marketing yourself online

*Minimum 2 years post independent licensure preferred but not required

*Prior private practice experience is a plus

*Assistance with credentialing

*Nights & Weekends preferred but flexible scheduling

Compensation: Depending on experience ($35-$40 per clinical session; $45-$50 per intake)
