About the Role

Paklogics is seeking a Senior Python AI/ML Engineer with excellent English communication skills to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, architect, and deploy production-grade AI systems that deliver measurable business impact.

You will work on goal-oriented autonomous agents that go beyond content generation—agents capable of reasoning, executing multi-step workflows, coordinating with other agents, and making intelligent, outcome-driven decisions. These systems will act as true digital business operators within complex, real-world environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Architecture & Development

• Design and implement production-ready multi-agent systems using advanced orchestration frameworks.
• Build autonomous agents capable of understanding business context, planning workflows, executing tasks, and optimizing outcomes.
• Develop agent-to-agent communication protocols and coordination strategies.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure AI systems for complex business automation.

Technical Skills – Must HaveProgramming & AI

• Expert-level Python for AI/ML and system development.
• Strong hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Advanced integration experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or equivalent.
• Strong prompt engineering skills for complex agent behavior and reasoning.

Data & ML

• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets using statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Solid experience in Computer Vision, including object detection, image classification, and video analysis.

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and security best practices.
• Experience deploying microservices on AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python, AI/ML engineering, and system development.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Science and Computer Vision using modern frameworks.
• Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at scale.
• Demonstrated technical leadership on complex, high-impact software projects.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Agreement

The selected candidate will commit to working with the company for a minimum period of 1–2 years from the date of joining.
