About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Coordinator / Admin to support our brokerage’s marketing operations, listing promotions, agent content, social media, events, internal projects, and day-to-day marketing follow-ups.
This role is ideal for someone who understands real estate marketing, can manage multiple moving pieces, follows instructions carefully, and keeps tasks moving without needing constant reminders.
The right person must be confident using Canva, comfortable editing short-form videos, and experienced in organizing marketing files, preparing content, coordinating approvals, and supporting agents with marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator / Admin will be responsible for:
- Coordinating marketing tasks, campaigns, and follow-ups for listings, agents, events, recruiting, and internal initiatives
- Preparing and managing marketing materials, content, flyers, social posts, email graphics, listing assets, and related documents using company templates
- Creating and editing graphics in Canva for social media, listing promotions, open houses, agent announcements, recruiting, and community content
- Editing short-form videos for social media, reels, listing clips, agent content, and promotional posts
- Creating, scheduling, and coordinating social media, email, listing, recruiting, and promotional content as directed
- Organizing Google Drive folders, marketing files, assets, photos, videos, documents, and records
- Ensuring all marketing materials are complete, accurate, properly named, and up to date
- Coordinating with agents, designers, photographers, videographers, printers, and vendors as needed
- Tracking deadlines, deliverables, approvals, missing items, and outstanding marketing requests
- Following up proactively when tasks stall, assets are missing, or approvals are delayed
- Supporting marketing operations, task tracking, material ordering, print coordination, and delivery tracking
- Summarizing issues clearly with next steps, blockers, and priorities for leadership
- Following company instructions, brand standards, templates, and internal procedures
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate must have:
- Previous experience in real estate marketing, real estate admin support, or brokerage marketing coordination
- Strong Canva skills and the ability to create polished, professional marketing materials
- Video editing experience for short-form social media content
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests at the same time
- Experience working with Google Drive, shared folders, documents, and spreadsheets
- Ability to follow templates, checklists, and brand standards accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive communication style
- Ability to work independently in a remote role
- Comfort coordinating with agents, vendors, photographers, and leadership
Preferred Experience

- ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar project management tools
- CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva Video, or similar video editing tools

- Basic SEO or blog formatting
- Print marketing coordination

We need someone who is not just a task taker. We need someone who can stay organized, notice missing details, follow up without being asked, and keep marketing operations moving.
You should be able to look at a marketing request and understand what is needed, what is missing, who needs to approve it, and what the next step should be.
