Remote Recruiter / HR Specialist – CDL Driver Recruitment

We are a growing logistics company based in Chicago, IL, actively seeking motivated, communicative, and resilient Recruiters / HR Specialists to help fulfill our ongoing demand for qualified CDL drivers.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a results-driven environment, stay positive during slow periods, and remain consistent and focused until success is achieved. Recruitment is not always instant—we’re looking for professionals who don’t fold under pressure and understand that persistence wins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified CDL drivers across multiple channels
• Conduct driver interviews, verify qualifications, and manage background checks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with driving schools, staffing agencies, and referral sources
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, metrics, and performance reports
• Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers throughout the hiring process

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced spoken English
• Positive attitude with a strong mindset and emotional resilience
• Ability to stay consistent and motivated even when results are slow
• Self-disciplined and organized while working remotely
• Prior recruiting or HR experience (CDL or logistics experience is a strong plus)
