Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires, all while working remotely. Duties

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for diverse roles, including technical positions, executive roles, and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, leveraging your expertise in assessing technical skills and cultural fit to identify top candidates.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging platforms like Salesforce, HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, UltiPro), and HR tools like Kronos or ADP.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and offers with candidates while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates through effective communication and relationship management techniques.
  • Support onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation sessions and ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting across various domains such as technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and internal staffing.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like Lever, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft is essential.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
  • Ability to conduct research and utilize social media management tools for lead generation and talent sourcing.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Workday; proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
