About the Role

Room236 is a remote operations company that helps coordinate customer support, recruiting, scheduling, and business operations across the United States.

We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Recruiting & Operations Assistants. This role offers hands-on experience supporting hiring efforts, candidate communication, team growth initiatives, and operational workflows.

No prior recruiting experience is required. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen incoming applicants
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Send outreach messages to potential candidates
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling
• Assist with onboarding new team members
• Maintain organized applicant records and tracking systems
• Support recruiting, communication, and operational workflows
• Help ensure a positive candidate experience
