Remote Sales Agent (HT Tech Sales)

DirectX MGT Inc. is a technology development company building custom business systems for logistics companies, service-based businesses, and growing operators.

We help businesses win by replacing outdated tools, manual processes, disconnected software, and weak communication systems with modern technology built around how they actually operate. Our work includes custom websites, CRM tools, client portals, sales systems, phone and email systems, automation workflows, logistics platforms, and full custom operating systems.

We are looking for High-Ticket Sales Agents who want to represent a growing technology company and help business owners see the value of better systems.

This is a remote, performance-based sales opportunity for people who are serious about sales, communication, follow-up, and growth. The right person is confident speaking with business owners, comfortable making outbound calls, able to manage a pipeline, and willing to learn how to sell custom technology solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contact and follow up with potential business clients
  • Speak with business owners and decision-makers
  • Learn about the client’s business, problems, and goals
  • Book demos and discovery calls
  • Present DirectX solutions professionally
  • Manage leads and pipeline activity inside DirectX Command
  • Follow company sales scripts, training, and processes
  • Work with managers to improve performance
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Represent DirectX MGT Inc. with professionalism and confidence

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for motivated sales professionals who want to be part of a growing technology company. A strong candidate may have experience in high-ticket sales, B2B sales, business development, appointment setting, software sales, logistics, insurance, real estate, finance, consulting, or other performance-based sales roles.

You do not need to know everything about software on day one, but you must be willing to learn, follow the process, communicate professionally, and take sales activity seriously.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience preferred
  • High-ticket or B2B sales experience is a plus

  • Able to follow a sales process
  • Comfortable working remotely

Compensation:

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is based on performance, closed business, and eligible client revenue. Full compensation details will be reviewed during the interview process.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
