Remote Sales Opportunity| Entry-Level Training

Overview:

We are expanding our team and we are interested in individuals seeking a remote sales opportunity. This role is open to both licensed agents and individuals who are not yet licensed but are willing to complete the required licensing process.

Full training, and support are provided for new agents.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients regarding options and coverage needs.
• Assist families in understanding available protection plans.
• Follow a structured training and faststart process.
• Maintain consistent daily activity and follow company procedures.

For licensed agents:

• Begin working with clients immediately using systems and training.

For non-licensed candidates:

• Complete required state licensing with guidance and support.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years old to apply

Live in the Untited States

Have basic office equiptment

Strong communication skills

Willingness to learn and follow a structured process

Self-motivated and consistent in daily activity

Must meet state licensing requirements (assistance provided for those not yet licensed)

No prior experience is required.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based only position.

Compensation is based on performance and completed business transactions. There is no hourly wage or salary.

Additional Information:

This is an independent contractor role. Training and onboarding support are provided to help new agents succeed in the field.
