AER Media is a fast-growing digital marketing and AI solutions company, and we’re looking for motivated, results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. You’ll be selling our flagship product, the 7-in-1 AI Receptionist — an all-in-one communication and booking system that answers calls 24/7, books appointments, sends follow-ups, responds to emails/texts/social media messages, and ensures businesses never lose a customer again.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to build long-term, passive residual income while helping businesses solve one of their biggest pain points: missed calls and lost leads.

What You’ll Do

• Engage in B2B sales outreach: visit local businesses, make calls, or reach out via social media DMs.
• Present the 7-in-1 AI Receptionist with provided demo materials and sales training.
• Explain how our solution eliminates missed calls and lost clients.
• Sign clients up at $297/month and set your own one-time setup fee.
• Earn 40% of the setup fee upfront + $100/month residual per client for as long as they remain with us.
• Build relationships with clients and position yourself as their trusted advisor.
• Leverage AER Media’s ongoing training, scripts, and mentorship to sharpen your sales skills.

Compensation Structure

• Monthly Residuals: $100 per client, every month.
• One-Time Setup Fee: You choose the amount, keep 40%.
• Example: You charge $1,000 → You earn $400 upfront + $100 every month after.
• Earning Potential:
• 10 clients = $1,000/month residual
• 50 clients = $5,000/month residual
• 100 clients = $10,000/month residual (passive income)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and confidence talking to business owners.
• Drive and self-motivation — ability to knock on doors, pick up the phone, or DM prospects.
• Previous sales or B2B experience is a plus, but not required — we train you.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You’re excited by the idea of building residual income, not just one-time commissions.
• Tech-savvy or open to learning about AI-driven software solutions.
